PTO Calculator provides software tools for estimating paid time off balances, accruals, payout values, and related planning information. The service is provided for informational and educational purposes.
We try to keep the calculators useful and accurate, but PTO policies vary by employer, jurisdiction, contract, payroll system, and final wage rules. The service cannot guarantee that an estimate matches your official payroll or HR record.
Use of Service
You may use the service for personal, educational, and internal planning purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service in a way that violates laws, infringes rights, disrupts the website, overloads the service, attempts unauthorized access, or reverse engineers the underlying code or logic.
If you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably suspect misuse, we may restrict your access to the service.
Content Safety and Prohibited Use
You must not use PTO Calculator to create, host, submit, or distribute unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, malware-related, spam, or otherwise harmful content or activity.
You must not attempt to bypass access limits, interfere with authentication or payment systems, scrape the service at scale, resell access without permission, or use the service to make automated decisions about employment rights without independent review.
Calculator Outputs
You may use calculator outputs for your own planning. Outputs are estimates only and should be confirmed with your employer, payroll provider, HR department, employment agreement, or qualified professional before you rely on them.
The service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, HR, financial, or employment advice.
Accounts, Payments, and Paid Features
If account, saved-record, lifetime access, or payment features are available, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and making sure your payment information is accurate.
Advanced PTO Calculator lifetime access is currently sold as a one-time digital purchase for the account used at checkout. Access to paid features may depend on account status, payment status, entitlement records, and third-party payment provider rules.
Payments are processed by Creem or related payment service providers. We may change, suspend, or discontinue paid or free features at any time, but we will try to preserve reasonable access for customers who already purchased lifetime access unless continued operation is no longer feasible.
Refund Policy
If you purchased lifetime access by mistake or cannot access the paid feature because of a technical issue we cannot resolve, contact support@ptocalculator.site within 14 days of purchase with your account email and order details.
Approved refunds are reviewed case by case and are generally processed through the original payment provider. We may decline refund requests involving abuse, policy violations, excessive use before the request, fraud signals, chargeback misuse, or issues outside our control.
Who Owns What
PTO Calculator or its licensors own the website design, text, calculator logic, software, graphics, branding, and other intellectual property used in the service.
You may not copy, resell, sublicense, provide the service as your own API or online tool, or suggest that PTO Calculator endorses or partners with you without prior written permission.
Privacy and Data Management
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle calculator inputs, local browser storage, technical data, account information, cookies, and third-party services. By using the service, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
